Running Your Morning Operations Meeting without PowerPoint and Excel (MiaSolé) Amiya Ranjan, Sr. Director of IT, MiaSolé MiaSolé is the leading manufacturer of Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (CIGS) thin-film photovoltaic solar panels. With dramatic growth and new product introductions, our people and processes are stretched daily. To relieve the stress of preparing for the daily Manufacturing Operations Meeting, we eradicated manually-produced and often inconsistent Excel and PowerPoint charts. In their place are automatically-produced dashboards, charts and exception reports - based on the Manufacturing Data Warehouse - with drill-down to help answer questions as they arise.
