REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees for the 2011 Camstar Customer Conference are as follows:
Registration fees include most meals and attendance at conference events, sessions, keynotes, and access to the expert lab. Fees do not include lodging, travel expenses, or other hotel incidentals.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If you need to cancel your registration please send your request via e-mail to events@camstar.com. All registration cancellation notifications received by December 31, 2010 will be refunded 100%, less $75 per registration. Conference registration cancellation requests received by April 6, 2011 will be refunded less 50% of total registration fees. Requests received after April 6, 2011 will not be honored, however Camstar will be happy to transfer your registration to another person within your organization. Registration may be transferred to a colleague by sending your request via e-mail to events@camstar.com.

Conference materials and name badges can be picked up onsite at the conference during the following registration hours:
If you plan to arrive after the scheduled registration hours, just let us know ahead of time. We’ll have your registration materials waiting for you upon your arrival.
